Remote We are seeking a Senior Revenue Manager with exceptional leadership, technical expertise, operational skills and strategic vision to join our growing Medical Division Revenue Accounting team at Stryker.
In this highly visible role, you will lead a team of Revenue Managers, oversee complex software and multi-element revenue arrangements, and partner with cross-functional teams to manage the day-to day aspects of our business.
This position reports directly to the Director of Revenue Accounting.

What You Will Do Run the talent offense:
attract, develop, engage, and align employees.
This includes setting clear and meaningful goals, establishing and sharing expectations, and delivering frequent performance feedback.
Review and approve deal reviews for complex software and multi-element arrangements, ensuring ASC 606 compliance and strategic alignment with business objectives.
Partner with Commercial, FP&A, Legal, Technical Accounting, and Compliance teams to support forecasting, deal structuring, and business planning.
Oversee and review revenue and deferred revenue reconciliations, disclosures, and commissions expense analysis.
Conduct and oversee SSP analysis and lead engagement with internal and external auditors.
Drive month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reporting.
Maintain and enhance SOX 404 key controls, ensuring a strong internal control environment.
Serve as a trusted advisor during deal negotiations, guiding transaction structure to optimize compliance and business outcomes.
What You Need
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance Minimum 10 years of experience, with combined industry and public finance and accounting experience highly preferred Experience in high-tech or hardware/software/services industries Experience with U.S.
GAAP and ASC 606 requirements
Preferred:
CPA certification or equivalent Experience with SAP and RevPro $115,600 - $245,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location.
Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary.
Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.
Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility.
Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements.
Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.
Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility.
Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
